A new chapter

A new chapter in my life is just beginning. As the new year approaches I am shifting my time and focus to a new business venture - porchlio.

Porchlio is a property management software designed to make property management hassle-free for owners, tenants, and managers. Porchlio does this by simplifying rent collection, allowing tenants to easily make maintenance requests, a built-in lease management system, an application portal, tenant screening, accounting tools, and powerful reporting features.

Currently, porchlio is giving early access to the first 50 people who sign up on our website. Those early-access users will play a pivotal role in the development of our tool and be granted lifetime access for free for their efforts.

I am excited for the journey that porchlio will take me on and the change we can bring to an entire industry.
